a. Travel Notice
b. Generic Team Roster
c. Generic Team Player Passes
2. Mail
Please note that generic passes and rosters can only be used ONCE - - for the event named on the Notification of Non-US Youth Soccer Travel.
Failure to adhere to the policy set forth by the LSA Executive Committee in regards to Non-US Youth Soccer Travel will result loss of insurance benefits for subsequent events.
How can you tell if it is a Non US Youth Soccer Event? US Youth Soccer Events require an Application to Host. This should be posted on every tournament and State Association website.
If the Application to Host does not name US Youth Soccer or contain a US Youth Soccer Logo it is a Non US Youth Soccer Event.
What is the benefit of this process to my team? If you file this notice with the state office you will be extended the state insurance coverage. While it will cause a little extra work for teams and the state office it will not cost you any addtional fees.
Why do I have to submit the form three weeks prior to the event? We would love for every team to submit their travel notices early since it helps us gage the amount of work we have to do it each week. But in looking at this process, we decided three weeks would give us 10 days to prepare and mail the documents and then the team 10 days to get their passes ready for the event. The deadline is for everyone's benefit.
If you have questions about this new procedure please contact the office.
